YOUR LOCAL, RICH IN HISTORY
The Inn at Emmington is a true piece of local history, deeply rooted in the Oxfordshire countryside. Originally an 18th-century alehouse known as The Plough and Harrow, the building served as a gathering spot for the local farming community before being renamed after the ancient Emmington hamlet.
We have carefully preserved its original period features, including welcoming open fireplaces and beautiful exposed beams, inviting you to relax in a setting that is truly saturated with history.
